Three of the dogs formerly owned by American football star Michael Vick have been given a new lease of life in a foster care program. Having been involved in the dog fighting activities organised by Vick, the dogs have since been relocated to the All Or Nothing Rescue centre in Atlanta where they have thrived under the healthier living conditions.
The All or Nothing organisation cares for neglected or abused pit bulls from across the Southeast, and is currently responsible for the welfare of around 200 pit bulls. The organization aims to keep as many abandoned pit bulls alive as possible, rather than leaving them to the typical fate of euthanasia. The dogs, whose living costs are being paid for by Vick as ordered by the court, are expected to remain in Alabama for a few months prior to being made available for adoption .
