New organic and ecologically friendly dog food from Defu

The Defu organic pet food range is now available in the UK thanks to a partnership between Puddle Pet Care and Defu the German manufacturer.

The food which is free from chemical fertilisers and pesticides and contains no factory farmed meat is also ecologically-friendly as well as organic and is enhanced with herbs and vegetables .

Currently available in the range is a premium dry dog food and a snack product. All Defu products meet the standards of the EU regulations 834/2007.

The food which is easily digested include ingredients such as organic maize, poultry meal, oatmeal, rice meal, carrots, lets, garlic, thyme, rosemary and parsley. The food is all naturally produced and as such contains no artificial flavourings, colourings or chemical preservatives.

Defu Adult food is a dry kibble available in 1kg, 4kg and 12.5 kg packs, and contains 23 per cent raw protein. There is a version for junior dogs containing 26 per cent raw protein with added minerals for growth and vitality and one for senior dogs with 20 per cent raw protein.

In addition to the above there is an organic Chicken and Carrot/Fennel Bio Snack for dogs which again contain natural ingredients and are organic.
