All good dog and cat owners know that our pets should be checked regularly for ticks and fleas, but sometimes it is just one of those things we don’t quite get round to, and recent surveys show that a lot of us don’t know how to do it properly. But don’t worry! There will be a live clinic held on Thursday 1st May to help you with all your tick and flea needs and worries.
The School of Biological Sciences at Bristol University will be holding a live web clinic, and with Professor of Zoology Richard Wall, dermatologist Paul Sands, and veterinarian advisor Renata Turlej on hand to give advice and expertise, you can be sure any questions will be answered.
The clinic will go into depth on how to spot fleas and ticks, how to treat them, and how to avoid your pet getting them in the first place.
To watch the clinic and join in with questions, go to the following website: studiotalk.tv/show/my-pet-online on Thursday evening from 20:30 BST.
